The executives of One Pacific Place were very gracious hosts indeed. I enjoyed every minute of the event. At one time, Tabachoyman and I were looking for the perfect investment for our hard-earned money. However, since both of us were not in the upper income bracket, we couldn’t afford those expensive Makati condominiums that were in the neighborhood of 3 million and up. It was nice to know that for less than 2 million, there was something that we could possibly invest in.
I love how they designed the kitchens!
The bathrooms are just as lovely.

One Pacific Place is a very nice condo located in the middle of H.V. Dela Costa, Salcedo Village, Makati City. The location couldn’t be better and it’s comforting to know that there are developers go by their conscience and go the extra mile to help conserve the resources of Mother Nature, while giving the unit owners the peace of mind by ensuring that their building is structurally safe.

im also looking into buying a unit. but i can’t seem to find a place that’s more affordable but has almost all the amenities of a good (condo/real estate) investment at the same time.
